Rebalance Your Nervous System
Awareness ~ Regulation ~ Change
Yoga, Mindfulness, and Applied Polyvagal Theory
01. Understand Your Nervous System
Interoception—the ability to notice sensations inside the body—is the foundation of nervous system regulation. Through a Polyvagal-informed approach, increasing somatic awareness helps you recognize stress responses early and respond with choice rather than reactivity.
02. Autonomic Nervous System Regulation
The autonomic nervous system shapes how we respond to stress, connect with others, and move through daily life. When it’s dysregulated, we may feel anxious, shut down, reactive, or exhausted. Teaching ANS regulation helps people understand their stress responses as adaptive—not broken—and learn how to return to balance more efficiently.
03. Create Change
We designed Rebalance Your Nervous System to equip everyone with the practical tools and techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and build resilience—supporting a calmer, more grounded, and fulfilling life.
